Bloordale is a Toronto neighbourhood that has surged in popularity as of late. And why not? It’s easy access to the transit system via Landsdowne subway station, close proximity to an ever-growing and ever-increasing number of restaurants and bars, and an eclectic mix of shopping makes it a Toronto neighbourhood that’s worth a second look at. Big changes have happened in Bloordale as of late, and it’s now considered one of Toronto’s latest up-and-coming art districts with new galleries opening and a healthy, growing artistic community. The neighbourhood is pretty actively involved in both the Big on Bloor Street Festival and Nuit Blanche.

Stacked full of slim and Victorian-style character homes on tree-lined streets, Bloordale is an established neighbourhood that is becoming increasingly popular with both younger, newer buyers and more established home buyers alike.
